Your questions, answered
Only the number of sessions. Both include the complete U.P. Method, an Emerald Health membership with biomarker testing and GP support, and no onboarding fee. Four sessions gives them a strong start. Eight gives them long enough to build habits that last.
Anyone aged 18 or over, no matter what their ability, experience, or starting point. Before their first session, their trainer carries out a full body composition analysis, a movement assessment and a 150-point health and lifestyle audit, so their programme is built precisely around their goals and experience.
They follow the link on their voucher to book a consultation at the U.P. gym selected, at a time that suits them. After the consultation, we'll match them with a trainer and book their first session. All sessions take place one-to-one in a private gym location.
A comprehensive in-clinic test of 124 biomarkers, covering heart health, blood sugar, hormones, vitamins, inflammation and more. Results are reviewed by a GP, and they get two GP follow-up calls plus GP chat for a year. With their permission, their trainer uses the test insights to shape their personal training and nutrition programme.
Once their consultation is completed, we send over a unique code and instruction to activate their membership with Emerald Health.
The voucher can only be used at the specific gym location or region you choose when you purchase it.
Your Gift of Health voucher comes in a U.P. presentation box and is shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout.
Your digital Gift of Health voucher is emailed to you after purchase, ready to forward to the recipient or print and give to them yourself.
Order physical vouchers by December 16 for delivery in time for Christmas. Digital vouchers are available until December 24.
You can buy vouchers for as many people as you like, but each person can only redeem one.
